Fettler — Paschim Medinipur

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fettler in Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal. We are looking for knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding; understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling. Day to day you will mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together.
