Great opportunity: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Kurnool, State of Andhra Pradesh. The job is in a forging and pressing unit. Day-to-day duties: • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways You should bring knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout; ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred; basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses.
