Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commis chef in Tawang, State of Arunachal Pradesh. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
