What we are looking for: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement Day-to-day duties: • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour Six days a week, one day off.
