Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh. The job is at an infrastructure site. The role involves erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days. Ideally you have ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage; physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
