Now hiring: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Gadag, State of Karnataka. You will work in a busy paint shop. You will degrease and clean metal parts before coating; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. You should bring willing to work shifts and overtime; keen eye for finish quality and surface defects; 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer ₹22,500 per month plus benefits.
