Short order cook • Nicobar, Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands

Great opportunity: we are hiring a short order cook in Nicobar, Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. On a typical shift you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
