Immediate opening: panel welder (Assam)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a panel welder in Jorhat, Assam. You will be based in a heavy engineering unit. On the job you will handle: • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration What we are looking for: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Willing to work shifts and overtime Full-time with occasional weekends.
