Now hiring: we are hiring a fine-dining server in North West Delhi, National Capital Territory of Delhi. You will work at a beach resort. What we are looking for: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness The role involves polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; check back during the meal and handle special requests; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table.
