You will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. We are looking for quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths; food hygiene / HACCP certificate; 2+ years experience working as a butcher. Full-time, day shift.
