We are recruiting: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Pudukkottai, State of Tamil Nadu. The role involves: • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet You should bring sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings; own basic hand tools; at least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience.
