Safety inspector • Janjgir-Champa, State of Chhattisgarh

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a safety inspector in Janjgir-Champa, State of Chhattisgarh. You will be based on a road and infrastructure project. What we are looking for: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate Day to day you will enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
