Day to day you will raise the alarm and follow the evacuation drill in an emergency; patrol the premises on foot at fixed intervals; detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police; respond to intrusion alarms and panic alerts. Ideally you have valid PSARA / security guard licence; 1-2 years experience as a security guard; physically fit and able to stand for long hours. Part-time with flexible hours.
