Immediate opening: tailor machinist (State of Himachal Pradesh)

Join our team: we are hiring a tailor machinist in Lahul and Spiti, State of Himachal Pradesh. You will be based on an export house sewing floor. What we are looking for: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown Day to day you will topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go.
