PV installer — Sitamarhi

Join our team: we are hiring a PV installer in Sitamarhi, State of Bihar. The role involves: • Run DC cabling from panels to combiner boxes and string inverters • Carry panels and equipment up ladders and scaffolding safely • Commission the system and verify output on the inverter monitoring app • Fit tile hooks, in-roof mounting kits or flat-roof ballast trays • Install string inverters, optimisers and rapid shutdown devices • Mount and wire battery storage units and charge controllers What we are looking for: • Health and safety awareness (harness, fall arrest, ladder safety) • Driving licence for travel between installation sites • Own hand tools, torque wrench and multimeter On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
