Sand plant operator wanted in Kohima

Now hiring: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Kohima, State of Nagaland. You will be based on the moulding line. Day to day you will apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards Six days a week, one day off. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms.
