On a typical shift you will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
