Guest relations agent — Nuh

We are recruiting: we are hiring a guest relations agent in Nuh, State of Haryana. Requirements: • Fluent in the local language plus good spoken English • Comfortable handling cash, card payments and till reconciliation You will handle same-day, online and phone reservations; monitor the PMS for overbookings and no-shows; answer incoming calls and route them to the right department; balance the cash float and run the shift report at end of shift; liaise with housekeeping on room status and turnaround times; log and action guest requests in the concierge/task system. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
