We are recruiting: rooftop solar installer (State of Jharkhand)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a rooftop solar installer in Kodarma, State of Jharkhand. The role involves: • Install string inverters, optimisers and rapid shutdown devices • Carry out periodic inspection and fault-finding on existing arrays • Fit roof anchors, flashings and waterproof penetrations • Read PV layout drawings and single-line diagrams on site • Install PV modules and torque bolts to manufacturer spec Requirements: • Own hand tools, torque wrench and multimeter • Good head for heights and comfortable on ladders and roofs • Working at height / roof access training (e.g. IPAF, PASMA) 1+ years on the tools preferred. We offer ₹29,500 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
