Night auditor — Kohima

Join our team: we are hiring a night auditor in Kohima, State of Nagaland. The job is at a hotel group's central reservations office. You should have: • Basic knowledge of local attractions, transport and restaurants • Good telephone manner and clear written communication You will check guests in and out using the property management system (PMS); log and action guest requests in the concierge/task system; keep the lobby, desk and back office tidy and presentable; handle lost property, complaints and billing disputes at the desk. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
