Join our team: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Rajauri, State of Jammu and Kashmir. You will be based at a rebar fabrication workshop. The role involves set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers. What we are looking for: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling 3+ years on the tools preferred.
