Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coater in Jalna, State of Maharashtra. On a typical shift you will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
