Ideal candidate: • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) On a typical shift you will cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter; run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints; mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency; spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles; match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls.
