Line cook • Tarn Taran, State of Punjab

Now hiring: we are hiring a line cook in Tarn Taran, State of Punjab. We are looking for familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking; able to read and follow recipes and dockets; food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate. You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
