Your main tasks: • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting You should bring good eye for colour matching and blending; able to mix paint by weight on a scale. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. ₹160 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
