Now hiring: we are hiring a groundworker in Chittoor, State of Andhra Pradesh. The role involves: • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage We are looking for physically fit and comfortable working at height; prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around ₹38,500 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours.
