Cake decorator wanted in Perambalur

Now hiring: we are hiring a cake decorator in Perambalur, State of Tamil Nadu. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Day-to-day duties: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter You should bring knowledge of dough fermentation and proving; food handler / hygiene certificate; accurate at weighing and following recipes.
