Bakery assistant wanted in Dimapur

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Dimapur, State of Nagaland. Day-to-day duties: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity You should bring accurate at weighing and following recipes; able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen; familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
