Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Chennai, State of Tamil Nadu. You will work in a meat processing plant. Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Day to day you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders.
