Immediate opening: we are hiring a finishing presser in Janjgir-Champa, State of Chhattisgarh. On the job you will handle: • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Give each garment a final press before packing • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots You should have: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
