Great opportunity: we are hiring a core maker in Puruliya, West Bengal. The job is on the moulding line. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry The role involves skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around ₹36,000 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
