Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Prakasam, State of Andhra Pradesh. Your main tasks: • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation You should have: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Able to read isometric and site drawings 1+ years on the tools preferred. ₹27,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
