Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in New Delhi, National Capital Territory of Delhi. Your main tasks: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
