The role involves seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates. You should bring a driving licence is an advantage for site travel; willing to work outdoors in all weather; confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. ₹39,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift.
