Vacancy available: we are hiring a retail butcher in Nandurbar, State of Maharashtra. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Your main tasks: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Season and marinate meat on request • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Rotating shifts.
