Gas service engineer — Dausa

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas service engineer in Dausa, State of Rajasthan. The job is in a gas distribution network. On a typical shift you will read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints. We are looking for sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing; 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations; driving licence for travel between sites.
