The role involves connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate.
