Great opportunity: we are hiring a retail butcher in Hamirpur, State of Himachal Pradesh. What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter On a typical shift you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer ₹36,500 per month plus benefits.
