On the job you will handle: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight You should bring basic cake decorating and piping skills; able to work early-morning and night shifts; able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen. ₹650 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
