Ideal candidate: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns The role involves bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour.
