Fry cook • Upper Siang, State of Arunachal Pradesh

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Upper Siang, State of Arunachal Pradesh. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. On the job you will handle: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Full-time, day shift.
