Join our team: hotel receptionist (State of Jammu and Kashmir)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a hotel receptionist in Kupwara, State of Jammu and Kashmir. You will be based at an airport hotel. You will log and action guest requests in the concierge/task system; keep the lobby, desk and back office tidy and presentable; run the night audit and close the day's accounts on the night shift; liaise with housekeeping on room status and turnaround times. What we are looking for: • Previous front desk or guest-facing hospitality experience • Confident using a PMS (Opera, Fidelio, Protel or similar) • Right to work and, where required, an ID/background check We offer ₹230 per hour plus benefits.
