Now hiring: solar installation technician (State of Jammu and Kashmir)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a solar installation technician in Anantnag, State of Jammu and Kashmir. You will be based at a new-build housing development. Ideal candidate: • Basic electrical knowledge of DC and AC systems • Proven experience installing rooftop or ground-mount PV systems Your main tasks: • Install string inverters, optimisers and rapid shutdown devices • Commission the system and verify output on the inverter monitoring app • Mount and wire battery storage units and charge controllers • Terminate MC4 connectors and check polarity before energizing • Label DC and AC circuits and complete the system handover pack • Carry panels and equipment up ladders and scaffolding safely Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
