Fry cook — Tuensang District

Join our team: we are hiring a fry cook in Tuensang District, State of Nagaland. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. Your main tasks: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
