Now hiring: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Latehar, State of Jharkhand. The role involves: • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection ₹23,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
