You will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. You should bring able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens; aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms. ₹22,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
