Vacancy available: we are hiring a sheet metal roofer in Nilgiris, State of Tamil Nadu. The job is at a busy roofing firm. Day to day you will replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing. You should bring strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day; able to read roof pitch and set the falls; working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate. Part-time with flexible hours.
