Head butcher — Gautam Buddha Nagar

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head butcher in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. The job is in a meat processing plant. You will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. Ideally you have confident knife skills and safe blade handling; able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler; physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day.
