Urgent requirement: we are hiring a hotel front desk supervisor in Sangrur, State of Punjab. You will be based in a boutique or independent hotel. What we are looking for: • Calm under pressure when the desk is busy or a guest is upset • Fluent in the local language plus good spoken English • Well presented with a professional, welcoming manner Day-to-day duties: • Provide directions, local recommendations and tourist information • Handle lost property, complaints and billing disputes at the desk • Monitor the PMS for overbookings and no-shows • Balance the cash float and run the shift report at end of shift • Liaise with housekeeping on room status and turnaround times 5+ years on the tools preferred.
