Captain waiter — Dutsi

Now hiring: we are hiring a captain waiter in Dutsi, Katsina State. The job is in a five-star hotel. Requirements: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems On the job you will handle: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments Meals and transport allowance provided.
